Achim has been chosen due to his versatility. He has worked with bands from different styles such as Amon Amarth, Sodom, Pink Cream 69 and Brainstorm. Achim Köhler has also done the mixing and Mastering of the album Devil's Ground from Primal Fear, and he has done an excellent remastering work on several Death Metal Cds, mainly from the record label Nuclear Blast.
Achim Köhler's previous works have made him the right person to finalize HIBRIA's new CD due to the heaviness, aggressiveness and more contemporaneous approach from the new compositions.
HIBRIA AS IRON MAIDEN'S OPENING ACT IN PORTO ALEGRE

Despite all the news published by brazilian press about HIBRIA as IRON MAIDEN's opening act in Porto Alegre besides LAUREN HARRIS, we have been informed by the local production that the situation became uncertain. Due to time involved in equipment settings for two opening act bands, there could be a delay in the tight schedule of such complex event.
We thank to all who has supported the band and wishes to be headbanging with us next wednesday. We're looking forward to having a final decision from the production, allowing us to represent Brazil and in this event.
